All data we collect are transmitted over a connection secured with an SSL certificate. Our platform has a two-step registration process and an &ldquo;intrusion detection system&rdquo;, intended to prevent unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised alteration, unlawful destruction and accidental loss. That is not stored in a cookie but in your browser&#8217;s temporary storage (mescan-track), and it disappears as soon as you close the tab.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services of others<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Video (Bunny).<\/strong> There is a video on a few pages. We first show a still image from our own server; the video player of Bunny, a European video service, is only loaded when you click play. Bunny then receives your IP address, which is needed to send the video. The player sets no cookies, but it does store your player settings, such as the picture quality, in your browser&#8217;s local storage. According to Bunny, the player also stores the playback position there for up to seven days, so you can continue where you left off, and it sends anonymised technical data to Bunny, such as picture quality, errors and stalls.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment (Mollie).<\/strong> Payments are handled by Mollie. The checkout page loads a script from Mollie, with which you enter your credit card details directly with Mollie; Mollie receives your IP address in the process. For the other payment methods you go to Mollie&#8217;s site. What happens there is covered by Mollie&#8217;s privacy statement.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings.
