For more than twenty years we’ve helped people, schools and organisations see what they can do by nature – and what they can achieve with it.
Our story
me.scan started from a simple conviction: that most talent tests pin people down more than they move them forward. A letter, a colour, a type – it feels recognisable, but it doesn’t tell you what to do with it.
So we developed a different way of looking. We don’t measure your talent through questionnaires that capture your self-image, but through image selection that reveals your natural preferences. A stable picture that grows with you – not a snapshot.
In the years that followed, the me.scan grew from an instrument for individuals into a method that serves the whole chain – from personal development to team dynamics to organisational insight. What stayed the same: people come first, and insight belongs to the person themselves.
What we stand for
