What exactly is the me.scan?
A scan that measures your natural talent through image selection and how you use it through competencies. A stable picture that grows with you – not a type or a label.
How long does the scan take?
You start by choosing images intuitively, without overthinking – that works faster and more honestly than a questionnaire.
Do I get a type or a label?
No. The me.scan doesn’t put you in a box, it gives you a direction: a picture of what you’re naturally good at, in four building blocks.
Who owns my scan and data?
You do. The individual is and remains the owner of their own scan. You decide whether and with whom you share your insight.
What does my employer see?
At organisation level, insight is always aggregated and cannot be traced back to individuals. Your employer sees the dynamics, not your personal result – unless you choose to share it yourself.
Do I need to retake the scan after a while?
Your image layer – your talent – is measured once; it is stable. What you track afterwards is how you use it, with a refresh, as often as you like. You never redo the images.
What does it cost?

Can I get coaching?
Yes. You can work with your profile on your own, or bring in a me.coach to go deeper. You decide whether and when.
