The learning path
From first introduction to systemic work
The programmes build on each other. You start where it fits you: me.basis to understand the method, or me.master 1 to start working with it yourself.
me.basis
Understand the method and your own profile. Eight parts with video, reference material and assignments, at your own pace.
me.master 1
Learn to read, interpret and feed back the profile. The foundation certification for working with the me.scan.
me.master 2
Insight into the deeper patterns and the tools to work with them. Includes systemic aspects and forms the bridge to systemic work.
we.master
From individual to team. Work with team dynamics and organisational insight through we.dynamisch.
Systemic work
Read the profile within the system someone operates in: loyalties, place and order.
The learning environment
Learn at your own pace, in one place
The course material, assignments and your progress are all in our online learning environment. You sign up via the site; the course itself takes place there.

Training others yourself
Become a me.master 1 trainer
Anyone who wants to teach the me.master 1 themselves follows a route of their own. Teaching asks something different from applying, so you go through the material again first and then into practice.
1 · Through the material again
me.basis, me.master 1 and me.master 2, all three in full again. Not as a refresher, but from the seat of the person who will be explaining it.
2 · A day on the deeper layers
One to one, about what lies beneath a profile and how you convey that to a group.
3 · Co-trainer twice
You join two me.master 1 courses alongside an experienced trainer, taking an ever larger part of the day yourself.
What you bring
You have been accredited on me.master 1 and me.master 2 for at least two years, and you have given feedback on at least 150 me.scans. Price on request.
A trainer licence comes with your own environment on the platform, so you can manage the people you train. What that costs is listed under the networks.
What a course costs you and earns you
You give your courses under your own name and decide what you charge your participants. With us you buy in per participant: € 400,- excluding VAT for the materials, the practice scans and Aime’s support to your candidates on their first scans. The difference with your price is your margin.
On top of that you pay € 500,- excluding VAT per year for the trainer meetings. You attend one or two a year, and that is not optional: it keeps everyone who teaches on the same line.
