Why systemic
Behaviour never belongs to the person alone
Anyone who works with the me.scan for a while runs into it sooner or later: someone fully recognises their profile, and yet nothing changes. Then there’s more at play than talent alone.
Loyalty
Someone holds on to behaviour that doesn’t fit their talent, because elsewhere it is being faithful to something or someone.
Place in the whole
A team in which someone doesn’t take the place that belongs to their role shows it in everyone’s behaviour.
What goes unsaid
Organisations carry history with them. It works through in how people do or don’t use their talent.
