Honest about the limits
What Aime does and doesn’t do
AI scales the access, people provide the interpretation. That’s not a slogan but a design choice – and it defines where Aime stops.
What Aime does do
- Reasoning from your profile, not from generic advice
- Getting your development goal sharp and working on it consistently
- Thinking along whenever you have time – even late at night
- Ingraining new patterns: choosing a direction and holding it
- Concrete exercises that fit your talent, day after day
What Aime doesn’t do
- Looking back at where a pattern comes from or how it arose
- Guiding multiple development themes at once, in relation to each other
- Making psychological diagnoses or treating them – in a crisis or with mental health issues, Aime refers you on
- Making decisions for you – the choice stays yours
- Sharing your data with your employer or with third parties
Aime is a high-quality guide for talent-driven development questions – not a stripped-down version of a coach, but an instrument with a strength of its own: consistent, available and focused on one goal at a time. Where a question calls for exploring its origins, or for multiple themes in relation to each other, Aime brings you to a me.coach.
