The whole picture, and the pressure at which it tips
Most management information tells you how things stand now. This tells you where the limit is: at what pressure your organisation turns from steady to vulnerable, and where that happens first.
What you see
The organisation in four readings
Balance, agency and communion, resistance sensitivity and the distance between what the roles ask for and what is naturally present. Aggregated over everyone who counts, with the underlying question next to each reading.

The tipping point
Where the limit lies
You raise the pressure and see at which level the load enters the “high” band, and for how many people. In the example organisation everyone is steady at average and high pressure, and it turns between high and extreme. That tipping point is the figure you can steer on, because it tells you how much give is left.

Over time
Whether policy works
Per quarter you see whether the same people have come to work more from own strength or more from resistance. Measured on whoever counts at both moments. That makes a reorganisation, a new structure or a development programme assessable afterwards on something other than gut feel.

What you do with it
Decisions you can explain
Not because a figure makes the decision, but because the reasoning can be followed.
Strategic workforce planning
Know what talent you have in house before you decide what to bring in from outside.
Reorganising on facts
See in advance where a new structure will pinch, instead of finding out afterwards.
Investment decisions
Justify why you invest in development, and show afterwards what it did.
The boundary
What you do not see
No names, no individual profiles, and never a figure traceable to one person. Groups below the threshold get no figure. The board sees the whole and the patterns; who makes up that whole stays with the employee and their manager. That is not a legal formality but the condition under which people are willing to take part.
